The Secured Office Complex was conceptualized and turned into reality with an objective to provide a disturbance free working environment amid the prevailing law and order situation in the state. Many key departments of Government of Manipur and Central Government organisations are accommodated in the complex.
In addition to the deployment of security personals, the complex is equipped with 50 CCTV cameras and a constant monitor room working 24 hours a day, metal detectors and X-ray machines are installed at the main entry gate of the complex. Fully equipped firefighting system with a capacity of 80,000 ltrs of water has also been installed and the system covers all floors of the building.
A Handloom and Handicraft hub with a coffee lounge at the ground floor of the northern side of the building is also on the cards to cater to the tourists and customers looking for authentic and exclusive handloom and handloom products of the state.
